Areas of expertise: 9 years of subdivision experience, assisting in starting and completing several different subdivisions with different builders. Suzi has also worked with custom builders with the higher end homes in both Sutter and Yuba Counties. Suzi has incorporated re-sales with her subdivisions experience and has developed her team to give builders and homeowners the quality service they deserve. Suzi was born in Marysville and is very familiar with the local business community.
 Mikah Nichols-Martin was Suzi’s assistant for 8 years and for the last 3 years has been a licensed Realtor, working along side her partner (mom) in subdivisions and keeping customers happy when things were needed for smooth transactions. Mikah is very outgoing, enthusiastic and professional. Mikah was born in Yuba City and attended local schools in Wheatland. |
